Erica Smelser was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She has spent 3 years as a Weight Loss Specialist. She enjoys going to the gym, DIY projects, spending time with her loved ones, and cuddling on the coach with her fur-kids. She started getting into the Real Estate scene in 2019 when she started investing in residential homes. She has flipped homes around the city over the last few years. Erica decided to get licensed as a Real Estate Broker in 2022. She has a drive to serve her clients to the best of her abilities, and particularly enjoys being able to help and lead clients through the home buying/selling process.
